I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason

Clients are expected to be concise in their commission request, please provide clear references

Payment is 100% upfront via PayPal, no work will begin until payment is received

Prices are in USD

If a client cancels the commission before work has begun, they are entitled to a full refund

If the client cancels the commission after work has started, only a partial refund (depending on how much work has been completed) will be issued

No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been delivered

I will draw: Humans, furries, animals, fan art, miscellaneous creatures. I am okay with drawing gore and non suggestive nudity (no genitalia)

I won't draw: Explicit sexual content, hateful or discriminatory content, fetish content, characters portrayed as gods, or associated with religious themes (ie prophets and saints) from any belief system

Smaller commissions (1-2 characters) will typically be delivered within 1-2 weeks

Larger commissions (more than 2 characters + background) can take up to 1 month

I will send the client previews before moving to the next stage

Revisions for missed character details (markings, piercings, etc) are free. Please let me know if I missed any!

Larger revisions past the coloring stage may incur additional fees.

I do not accept major revisions (complete redraws) after the finished artwork is delivered

You may not remove my signature

Clients are allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers etc)

If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial use (e.g. merchandise), must be discussed beforehand and additional fees will apply

I retain full rights to the artwork, which includes the right to post it on my social media, unless if the client prefers to keep the commission private, please inform me upfront
